Grain bill:
- 24 pounds domestic 2 row
- 1 pound crystal 80L
- ½ pound crystal 40L
- ½ pound victory
- ½ pound special roast

Hop bill:
- 2 oz Fuggles, unknown alpha acids, 60 minutes
- 2 oz Sterling, 5.9% alpha acids, 10 minutes

Yeast: Wyeast 1056, Wyeast 1338 (one per each 5 gallons)

Primary: 2 weeks
Secondary: 1 week

Notes: Mashed in with 28 quarts. Aim for strike temperature of 158°, heated water 22° over. Hit strike temperature exactly. Mashed for 1 hour. Used 14 gallons of water at 170° for sparging. Total sparge time of 1 hour. Yield 16 gallons. Boiled for 1 hour, 11 gallons remained. OG = 1.054. FG = 1.12, ABV = 5.4% for Wyeast 1056. Have not kegged 1338 yet.
